Gaming and IMing at the same time

Uhm, is there any way to delete threads? I accidently posted this here. I meant to post this to the OS forum...

Is there a way to do this?

The main problem is somehow switching keyboard/mouse focus to the 2nd monitor while tricking the game into thinking that it still has focus (cus most games stop running or minimizes when it loses focus)

Here is fine. Just run game on 1 monitor, IM on other. Make sure to run game in windowed mode.

Wow... I was going to say that windowed mode would lower the fps but it actually raised the fps, by 40% :shocked: I don't get it...

Sounds like a driver issue if it make that much difference.. Anyway, I take it that worked? Good.
