Gamespy

I downloaded Gamespy arcarde. I already had account and it said it wasnted found and I know it was. So I just made a new one anyway and then it said that one wasnt there. I checked my firewall and everything is ok but still doesnt see my account. I emailed gamespy like two weeks ago and still havent gotten a reply yet. Do any of you guys have any ideas of whats going on? I was thinking now you must pay to use it now.

I haven't used Gamespy Arcade in several free, but I thought GSA was the free version.
