Some games are fun to play multiplayer... and I will exclude them from this thread. I'm looking for a game that's fun to play on your own - so if it's a great multiplayer game that is a nice bonus but not very relavent.

Also try to suggest games that would go nicely with the following hardware : tbird 1.3, 1gb ddr, radeon 9000-128,..

I'm not a big gamer but it would be nice to have a new game to play with here and there. I never actually complete games.. so if it was a game with an interesting story that keeps you interested that'd be good.

i'm completely out of the loop when it comes to games so point me in the right direction or throw in your suggestions!

System Shock 2....older game, but damn good...

Ohhh yeah. Just played a multiplayer game over the weekend, start to finish 🙂

AvP2 get's my vote as well. Play it at night, sound up, lights off.

Never played SS2 multiplayer, but I bet it's fun as hell

Edit: Just look what you've done.....

<---- goes in search for his SS2 disc 🙂

Patch it up, 4 players coop through the single player. It's fun to have Psi, Marine and Navy all at your disposal. Great teamwork environments. Don't forget the high res models and high res texture packs.

Another one, I'm not sure whether it will run well on your card, but you can get a demo for it. Beyond Good and Evil, it's a pretty stunning peice of single player goodness. (From my impressions of the demo anyway)

Whew...got a little worried there. My SS2 disc kept getting hung up on 89% and the setup wouldn't finish. Luckily it worked in my CD-RW so all is good. Downloaded the high-res textures and models, but haven't had a chance to try it yet...

Oh hell yeah. I pipe the audio into my home theater on an optical digital cable.
