When you guys get a new graphics card and want to show off how awesome it is to your friends, what games or applications do you use to demonstrate it?

I just got some new hardware, and want to try something that will tax the video card to see what it can really do.

Crazy... Crysis is 4 years old now, and it still can kick the ass of new lower end systems.

well, yes... video games are limited by video card technology, not by the ability to program greater quality graphics.
Crysis hallmark was that it was designed for future systems. Today we are finally getting systems powerful enough to get playable FPS on max settings in crysis.

actually it uses the same effects which we get in movies. Motion blur where we can't notice the 24fps in movies they have brought it into real time gaming so 30fps might look like a slow amount of fps but you can't actually notice it due to the motion blur. But still have to agree max was designed for today gpus and add the sound engine which is highly advanced which requires cpu lots of cpu. Bit then again as it always happens someone will come and post with low specs maxing it out lol

motion blur is used incorrectly in all games on the market, it should be disabled, you do not experience motion blur from walking or turning your head, you should experience it only when looking at a nearby object while traveling FAST with an automobile or train.

Motion blur is also a super cheap effect and does not account for crysis's heavy system use in any way shape or form.
