I'm not interested in your top 10 games, I'm interested in the games that have been the most addicting for you, across all platforms.
1. Ultima Online - That game was like crack for me back in the day, its probably a good thing I eventually got banned.
2. Counter-Strike. First great FPS I was exposed to, and just like UO I played this game NON-STOP thru High School.
3. Starcraft - I suppose this game along with the previous 3 were the most addicting because it was during High School and my major gaming days.
4. Call of Duty 4. Without a doubt the best/most addictive modern FPS. I love this game.
5. Madden Series. Online play is tons of fun. Single Player is great, franchise mode is usually a lot of fun. All in all this game (whatever year) will always occupy a few months of my time.
6. Tecmo Bowl. When I was a kid this was the ONLY game I ever played for Nintendo. So shitty yet so awesome. Even after the Genesis came out and even into the Playstation days I would go back to Tecmo Bowl.
7. Unreal Tournament. I mainly got into this game to play with my friends, but you get a LAN party going with 12 people playing its chaos and a lot of fun.
8. Forza - Great car racing game. I tore my ACL slightly after this game came out, needless to say I spent a lot time in doors over the next few months and I got very good at this game.
9. Asherons Call. Not as addicting as Ultima Online, but a few of my buddies played it and it had far better graphics. I was def. hooked on this game for awhile, but ultimately I went back to UO despite the far worse graphics.
10. Fight Night Round 3. When I worked at Circuit City and this game first game out that is all we would play. We had a league going with rankings and everything. I'd go on break, grab some McDonalds from across the street real quick and hurry back so I could watch whatever matchup was going on in the break room. Hell, we'd even stay late an hour at night to play after the store closed. When I left that hell hole I was the undisputed Fight Night CC Champion. I miss those days.
