Games that allow you to toggle gun sight.

Hi. I enjoyed first person shooter games for about a decade starting with Quake in '96 but haven't done much gaming over the last 8 years.

A few years ago I purchased a couple of games but found that you have to hold down a button to engage the sights on a gun - this wasn't any fun for me.
I want to be able to toggle a button to engage the sights just like I used to do on early COD and MOH games. I think I remember some games where the weapon was always ready - Serious Sam?

Could you guys suggest some more recent titles that would allow me to do this please. Thank you.
 
I might be wrong, but my impression is that most modern FPS can be configured with the "toggle sights" feature.
