Games running weird.

When running CS 1.6, i find that my enemies die after i kill them (1-2 secounds.) my internet speeds are 4900/512 and all my other games/downloads run fine.

AMD X2 3800+
2GB DDR2-667 Corsair
Windows XP Professional SP2
