What games work in the Windows 7 RC1 build? I have Fallout 3 working but don't know what else to install.

Steam Games and CoH work fine on my build 7000. Cod4 and BF2 multiplayer work on RC1 but not on any versions prior due to punkbuster. single player works fine though.

"What doesn't work?" might be a better question. If it works in vista or xp it should work in Windows 7 64-bit.

Win 7 64 bit:
Runs:
WoW
COD5
Guild Wars
World in Conflict
Dawn of War 2
Crysis Warhead
Plants v. Zombies
Left 4 Dead
Fallout 3
Mass Effect
Sins of a Solar Empire
UT 2004
Demigod
GTA 4 (About as well as you can expect that crash to desktop POS to run anyways)

Doesn't Run:
No One Lives Forever 2 (hangs on load)
Buldur's Gate 2 (runs at 2fps with visual artifacts on modern PC that can run Crysis very well)

I am on 64 bit and I have yet to have a game that won't run after a bit of tweaking. Man, Mirror's edge gave me some trouble, but it all worked out in the end...

pretty much everything.

I think OpenGL games are a little slow, IIRC

Then again, there hasn't been a good OpenGL game in a LONG ass time.

I can't get Homeworld 2 to run. No matter what I do, it just flat out doesn't launch. I click it, homeworld2.exe show up in taskmanager, then it closes.

Can't get it to run on W7 x64 or x86.

Think I'll install Win 7 on a second HD separate from my main installation of Win XP.

Son and I play a few OLD games... 'Links2003' golf simulation and 'Total Annihilation' real-time strategy game...afraid won't work w/ Win7.

Everquest 1 runs but it runs worse on Win7 compared to Vista. Not sure if its a driver issue or not. But when you log into the game, the video lags (like 0.1fps) for the first 30 seconds or so, but then it clears up and starts working as normal.

Anyone have problems with Bioshock crashing on Win7 64-bit? One of my clients is having issues with that. He's coming over this morning for me to diagnose it.

Once, after it crashed, I had him go to the BIOS, and the HD wasn't listed, so I think it's the HD crashing on him. But I did come across this , which makes me wonder if there are just problems with the game. Still, that wouldn't explain the HD disappearing.

Edit: HD passed SeaTools for DOS diags, both long and short. Possibly the IDE cable?

Edit: Also, what about PunkBuster for Windows 7 64-bit? Is there a version that is compatible yet?
