Games Not Running In Full Screen Mode

I just installed the latest Omega drivers for my Radeon 9500 Pro. Now I no longer have VSync issues (thanks for whoever told me about these drivers), but now games such as Medal of Honor don't run in full screen mode. I can't enlarge them to the full screen either with anything like Alt+Enter or any in-game option. Any help is much appreciated.
