Games locking up/VPU Recovery error messages

I just recently put together my computer the other day (list is in the sig) and whenever I play games(mostly World of Warcraft) the game will lock up, and sometimes I'll get the "vpu recovery has reset its graphics accelerator". I even ran 3dMark05 and it locked up in the middle of that too. I've updated every driver, so it could be a bad card? Or maybe the card is running too hot? I can't test it on any other computer cause nobody else I know has a PCI-E Mobo.

I downloaded ATItool so I could get some temps.

Running World of Warcraft, the GPU temperature got up to 62c. I have no overclocking done at all. Does that seem a little too high?

It used to happen to me when I had my Ati Radeon 9200 SE on Warcraft III The Frozen Throne. I guess it happened cuz it overheated maybe (didnt have a fan or anything just heatsink). I got a x800 xl AGP now and it never happens my temps accoring to Riva Tuner are 55 degrees C under load.

Or call/e-mail ATI and see what they say.
