Games like Beyond Good & Evil, Psychonauts, Portal

It's a bit of a vague question but Ghostbusters is great if you like the movies. It's also a damn fine game in its own right.

Braid and Limbo also deserve a mention although they aren't comedic. Maybe even Darksiders and Overlord too.
 
Not sure what consoles you prefer but my suggestions based on the games you listed are

Conkers bad fur day
Prince of Persia sands of time
Grim fandango (gameplay is a little dated though)
Brutal legend
Uncharted series
Heavy rain (although it's not really a funny game)
 
Aside from havy rain all of those had light hearted comedic elements. Bioshock also has style and a story but not too much humor
 
I haven't played through the whole thing but Deathspank (PC) looks like it's got some comedy going on. Also, if you don't mind going back in time a bit, check out the Monkey Island stuff. I do believe they made a console port of the original (available on the arcade).
