Folks, I have Games for Windows - Live installed. When I start Fallout 3, I can press the "LIVE" button and log into my accout. However, the drop down menu at the top of the game screen does not give me a "Marketplace" or any way to download the content. It shows only "FRIENDS", "MESSAGES", PLAYERS", and "CHAT".

If I try to log in via the internet, it switches me to an XBOX live sign in.

What am I doing wrong?
 
Anyone? I have followed the instructions to install Windows live and created an account, however, it does not allow me to download a PC version; only the XBOX version. What am I doing wrong.
