'Gamers Opt Out is a collective of gamers who are sick of absurd EULAs from game companies. These EULAs have clauses preventing class-action lawsuits, though you can opt out of the clauses by sending a letter. We want to make it easier for everyone to opt out because Sony, EA, et al, believe most people won't bother to. Let's show them they're wrong.
We will make it easy for you to create the letter needed to send to these companies and can even send the letter on your behalf at no cost. All we ask is that if you like what we are doing, spread the word or donate to help with the cost of paper and postage.'

Thought this site was worth sharing. EA/Origin & Sony's PSNetwork have started included clauses in their EULA, that when agreed to, give up your right to pursue a class-action lawsuit against them.

You can opt-out of this part of their EULA via sending in a physical letter, this website allows you to process it online.

Interesting idea, but you're just putting private information in yet another database if you use this system, instead of just sending a letter yourself.

How can you opt out in letter form after agreeing in digital form? Wouldn't that just nullify your game and in the case of EA Origin block you from your library since you are violating the agreement?

It's really amazing what these gaming companies are doing (especially since they are so under the radar) with EULAs, the end goal is to just provide you with a service and no ownership at all even though you are forking out $60.00. The RIAA isn't even this bad and no other form of entertainment that I know of is so draconian in an attempt to control the customer.
