GN got almost all the versions of the TR PA and the standout feature is the flatness of the base. the mounting system got dinged for too much pressure before the screw hits the threading but the mounting pressure is generally good. performance puts it at or near the top of air coolers while being close to half the price.

i got the PA120 for $35 after coupon at amazon last year, it is $46 right now but the SE with plain black fans is still available for $36. there are better coolers out there with longer warranty and possibly easier mounting hardware, but they are in the $100 range.
