Gamer with an old laptop. Help!

Ihave an old HP G70 laptop. I got it in 2009 and was able to play WOW with decent graphics and no lag. It currently runs windows vista. I still want to game but I cant seem to get any quality of game play. I run Rift with minimum graphic settings and only get 3-6 FPS. It wont run WOW, or Star wars the old republic. I don't know if overclocking would help, and I don't have recovery disks. I can upgrade to windows 10 but I don't know if that would really help anything. I'm looking for ANY way to optimize my game play expirience on this old beast. I am working with high speed internet so that shouldnt be the problem. I have two newer laptops that are only good for parts, unfortunately they are toshiba.

HP G70 Specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.1GHz
3GB SDRAM RAM
320GB 5400RPM Hard Drive
17-Inch Screen, Intel GMA 4500MHD
Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit

Yeah...what Larry said. This wasn't a gaming laptop to begin with, and now it's a 7 year old non-gaming laptop. There isn't anything you can do to upgrade that laptop that would make any difference in gaming.
