Gamepad with a trackpad?

I can't get used to aiming with the right analog stick in games (like I kind of got the trick, but it still feels uncomfortable and overcomplicated)

So I'm looking for a gamepad that has a trackpad in place of the right analog stick - preferably; It could also be something like the psvita's "underbelly" trackpad, or even a touch screen.
