Gamepad to Keyboard generator

I have a gamepad that I'm trying to use for a certain game, but the game has only keyboard support. Are there any programs that I can use that will make gamepad presses generate keyboard input? I'm running WinXP, and the gamepad is actually a PSX controller adapted through a USB converter.
 
I think thats what most converters do, convert gamepad presses to keyboard input. That's how mine works.
