Based on the 780ti and R9 280X beating 4 GB cards It looks like 3GB is enough VRAM for the pack at 1080p and 1440p (though SLI is needed for good framerates). It's too bad they didn't also test the 1060 3 GB as a modern "low VRAM" card.

That's probably the worst scene to test the GPU in. Minimal LOD, no wildlife, no in-world interiors, fewer textures, etc.

For the proper CPU & GPU benchmark, get to Corvega and overlook Arlington. Failing that, overlooking Diamond City from the steps at noon is another good one.

Its same performance as old fallout4 i tested it.Those textures dont do anything.

Due to mipmapping, doing what you're suggesting shouldn't really see any difference performance wise. If you want to show the higher res textures having an impact on performance, then you obviously need to find a scenario where they are actually being displayed, which would generally only happen when you are seeing the highest mipmap levels, i.e. up close and personal, not looking at something far away.
