They generally warranty any game they provide and the scratch level vary's.

I have ordered lots of games from GameFly and they are in excellent condition! Only the disks are sent out, so the cases and manuals are all like new. Also any game content codes (Like ME2) are also valid. The disks themselves are also in excellent condition.

Good to know, but I don't do high end PC games. That's what my 360 and PS3 are for.

damn Bayonetta for PS3 is off the list now. That was really the only one on the list that I sort of wanted.

Bayonetta was on sale NEW on Amazon yesterday for both Xbox 360 and PS3 for only TEN dollars! It may still be on sale. Check dealnews.com. I grabbed a copy for the 360 but off course it was out of stock even though it was listed as available. Delivery is estimated to be on Jan 10th, but it's fine by me as long as I get it eventually. I wouldn't recommend you get it for PS3 though. PS3 games have frame rate issues, and Bayonetta is one of those games that is noticeably affected. I have a PS3 but I got Bayonetta for Xbox 360 on purpose.

Not especially, I played and beat it before. I'm a huge fan of the series and enjoy playing the SP a lot, but it wasn't worth the $100 Hunter edition I bought at launch. I sold it for $90 and set $10 as my used purchase price
