Easy:

Bomberman Tournament: Great multiplayer, sub-par single player...can multiplay with 1 cart :D Rent from Blockbuster first, unless you are a B-man fan...

SSF2 Turbo Revival: Great game, only prob is that it's SF from the past, nothing new. Multiplay with 2 carts...worth the purchase...

Namco Museum: Decent, if you are a fan of retro-gaming...no purchase, IMHO...

Gradius Galaxies: Top-notch space shooter...worth the purchase, and should be kinda cheap...

Super Dodgeball: Very cheap, really good. Worth the purchase...

Warioland 4: The ace of your lineup. Awesome game, DEFINITELY worth the purchase. Warning-REALLY FREAKING HARD.

:)

I'd check gamespot.com for reviews on the games. I'm not sure if Bomerman Tournament is any good, but I certainly enjoy playing the original and BM2 on the Nintendo (PC emulation). As Jeraden suggested, take a look at Gamespot or IGN. You'll not only get the reviewers opinion, but the opinions of hundreds of gamers who've already plunked down the money to rent/buy the game!

I don't like Gradius Galaxies as much as I liked Gradius 3 for the SNES but it is still a good game. The graphics seem a good bit better but some of the features I liked are missing.

Other good games are Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Advance Wars (don't let the box scare you, seriously!), and Golden Sun.
