For all you gamers and even non-gamers pleas list your Video Card Manufacturer
i.e. 3DFX, MATROX, NUMBER NINE, CREATIVE LABS.. etc.

I would like to set up a "Video Card Update" section to the GB site, so you guys can just click to download the update(s) and not have to seach for ages, this way I'll know what to weed out.

I will catagorize the sectionS in to the Following:

Windows---Macintosh---Linux

Actually I was thinking of just going with the manufacture's drivers.. What do you mean by reference drivers?

The reference drivers are the drivers made by the chipset producer like nVidia or 3dfx. Manufacturers like Creative or Elsa make their own drivers based on these. Sometimes there are additional features in the manufacturers drivers, but usually they're at least one revision behind the reference drivers. Hence the &quot;need&quot; to have both. Manufacturers for the feature hungry, and reference for the speed freaks 😉

It's up to you, and how much space and bandwidth you think this is worth 😎
