Hello everybody, thanks for reading my post.
I'm build a UT server and have a question.
I currently have a cable modem and a Netgear Router ( RT314 ). I just won an Ethernet switch from Ubid. Thus, I'm thinking. If I run one cable from the modem to the new switch and two cables from the new switch, one to the UT server and one to the RT314, I 'm hoping that this will allow me firewall protection to the PeeCee's behind the RT314 and an open server to the world.
I'd like to not open ports on the RT314 cable/dsl router.
Will this work?
