Game server with an old dual-proc mobo? Newbie questions inside

I'm looking at putting together a game server based on a Tyan dual proc BX-based mobo running 2 P3-700s. I have never touched a dual-proc setup before, but this mobo is just sitting around unused so I figure I should give it a try.

My questions:
I will be running win xp (or possibly 2k if that makes a huge difference). Will I be able to utilize both processors with this OS?

Will 2 P3-700s be enough to run a server or two off of? I've run games off an XP1600+ and other higher-clocked, single proc systems. If I try to run a 32-man Bf1942 server will this crash and burn, only being able to use one proc for the process, or will it use both and be decent?

I have an old, old ATX PSU that is the same as posted here. As far as I can tell, this is from the same era as the mobo/CPUs. Would this be enough to run everything on?

Basically I'm wondering if this will work well, or if I'd be better off selling the board and procs and getting a single XP1600 or so setup. Anyone run servers that can comment? Games I'm interested in hosting: ut2k3, bf1942, raven shield, etc. Mostly new stuff.

I don't know about specs but it'll only be used if you run two servers set to its own cpu. If you're going to be just hosting a single server at a time, just setup an Athlon XP system

Just in case you don't know, WIN XP Home will NOT support dual processors. Only PRO will ! Dual 700's will be fine for the game server. Pump up the memory if you can!
