Joff's wedding would probably be in season 3 to finish off the story of the leeches bursting in the fire, and probably some news about Balon's death.

I doubt we will see that this season.

Yes, under the assumption that all of Cersei's children with Robert are legitimate heirs then Tommen would take the throne if Joffrey died.

This was a MUCH better episode compared to the last one. Hopefully they dig themselves out of the boring hole they dug for Bran in the next episode, it will be a disappointment if it is just another argument with Osha.

I really liked the scene with Sam, though forgetting the dagger is a bit of a facepalm, I suspect this will be used as a plot device when/if coldhands shows up.

There are definitely things left out, but a lot of it can really be considered fluff. My only real annoyance is characters in the show looking nothing like I thought they would, based on book descriptions. This is somewhat recitified by all the nice titties that you can't get in print

I own the original 5-disc version; so, I just checked it out, and it does not come with DVDs or digital copies.

Most of books 4 and 5 is hot bloated garbage anyways, it will be good to cut out some characters.
