Game is playing way too fast

I installed this game and started playing it, and the first thing i noticed is the gameplay makes it seem as if the game is on speed. Everything moves really fast. Any ideas about whats happening?
 
You need to hit the Turbo button.

Seriously though, that's weird for a modern game. Have you tried running in capability mode... maybe W98 or W2K?
 
I have the same problem with good ole Unreal Tornerment on all of my PC's that are faster than my 2000+...even at 1600x1200 it is barely playable because it runs stupid fast....my fastest platform is a A64 3000+@2.5GHz with a 6800GT...It's completly unplayable on this system because it's hyped up on red cordial to the max
