I wasn't a big fan of assassins creed but was forced to play the revelations and now I love it ..but what bugs me is now my game freezes while playing and that too frequently.. this doesn't depend on the level of game.when the game gets stuck all I have is the audio out put and later a white screen..help me out here guys... I use amd fx4100 and radeon HD 6770 gpu coupled with 4gb ram
 
Post a little more detail about your system and about the freezing

First thing to do is make sure you have the latest video drivers and the latest patch for the game, and of course re-installing the game
