Mass Spec?
A WINNAR IS YUO!!!!!!

In fact, it is a mock-up (working) of Agilent's next generation single quadrupole (uber 1337) mass spectrometer!!!

I took it with my bluetooth phone while wandering around their Mountain View lab after I casually slipped away from the security detail. And I just remembered it when copying a bunch of pics off my phone!

you sure this is legal? 😛
No? 😛 Seriously though, we weren't supposed to take pics. But this was not a top secret lab. Anyone who's an "official visitor" gets a guided tour of their lab full of next-generation product prototypes being tested. And its not hard to get a visitor badge. Besides, all the NDA'd hardware is covered under the casing.

So when are you getting out of FPMITAP??

:Q what is a mass spectrometer and how did he know that??
Its the thing responsible for the alien invasion in Half-Life. Basically, if you run too much power through it, you can open a 4th-dimensional portal and wipe out all life, the universe, and everything as we know it.
