Game clients not downloading. QQ

I can connect to the internet, download torrents, files from browser, yadda yadda. When I try to update my game clients through Steam or Blizzard the downloads won't start. Steam continuously pauses the download. I have no idea why it started doing this. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
