I do not follow sports BUT I think I figured out WHY the Lakers do so well. I am doing heart research and there is a process called ECP that is for angiana patients. It is not surgical and you can look it up on the net.

I was in a clinic in Inglewood and several of the players are in there getting the treatment. It basicaly helps build new blood supplies to the heart in sick patients (no need for stents) I a healty person it in therory would build endurance.

I am sure it is legal what they are doing, but I doubt that other teams are using it. I heard that Shaq bought a machine when he moved to Florida.

Good ol psycopath Kobe - in his own world.
Even though I think Skip Bayless is a jerk, I can't dispute the facts:

That's what Nash has done with an entire roster. Nash hosts team dinners on the road. Nash constantly hugs teammates after they make big shots. Nash makes them believe they're far better than they have a right to be.
Kobe is incapable of that.

Yup this is so true. How many very successful/good QB's do this in the NFL? Tom Brady and McNabb do the exact same thing, they know what it means to be a team and have people fight for you. Kobe doesn't have that personality.

When the blowout ended, Kobe trotted straight to the locker room. Sure, the blood had been bad between these teams. But at least he could have shaken Nash's hand, or Shawn Marion's. But no. No class.

Yup, the guy has no class. He reminds me in some way of Barry Bonds: selfish, classless, no integrity, and childish. Talk sht about Raja, you better back that up kid instead of running home to mommy and giving up. And how many times has this loser cheated on his wife? We've only heard about 2 instances, I'm sure it's a lot more than that. Class act, rofl.

What some fans think of Kobe now.

You make some mighty big assumptions and are more biased than even your buddy Bayless

Kobe scored 24 in the first half and could score anytime he wanted to against Flopper Bell..

Did Nash and Marion go running to Kobe?

Do you know what they do on the road.. you know Kobe never congratulates his players and never offers them any acceptance..

Your hatred makes you blind

Nash NEVER gave the Lakers ANY respect... After their game 6 win he went to the locker room and told his players that now they are up 4-2... because he doesn't give the Lakers any respect

BTW.. If I clotheslined you with my left arm and wrapped it around your neck and face and then put my right hand on your face and shoved you to the ground.. would you be ready to shake my hand...

You are blinded by your hate.. you should seek some help

BTW SP33Demon...Kobe has respect for good defenders like Bowen and Artest. He said it himself.Raja on the other hand is trash, without Nash he would suck.

Kobe is a psycho and deserved this loss totally. You cannot change your philosophy overnight and expect to succeed.

Nash is the deserving MVP for he doesn't detract from his teammates the way Kobe does. Replace Kobe with Nash on the lakers and Odom probably makes AS game while George and Kwame have career years.

put Kobe next to shawn marion, amare stoudamire (last season), and the rest of the suns

Put Kobe next to those guys and they'll be traded.

All Nba defense teams came out today, and as expected, for the unprecedented 10th time in a row, Steve Nash was named to the 66th team All Nba Defense team with -132 votes.

80 players from the NBDL finished higher than he did. 😀

Why exactly are we still talking about this? Guess what, they lost a 3-1 series lead and went home. Their best player could only score ONE FREAKING SECOND HALF POINT. You can blame a Hall of Fame coach all you want, but Kobe didn't do jack and it isn't Phil's fault.

Additionally, you have NO clue what is said during time outs and what goes on. You're making assumptions. We're looking at the real stats. ONE second half point.

Also, did you ever watch MJ play? Phil NEVER had to tell Michael what to do. He had that killer instinct. He knew the game and he took it into his hands. He would have NEVER let his team down like that. If Kobe isn't smart enough on his own not to try and draw fouls, make big dunks/3pointers to try and hype up his team, that is no ones fault but his own. Phil respects his star players and expects them to go out and do their job.

Got it? There's no excuse. Kobe should have scored and tried. He didn't. End of story.

Thats exactly the point. You can't say that about anyone on the Lakers - "without Kobe <insert player's name> would suck". More like, "Without Kobe, he'd have a career year".

Funny, considering your Laker pal Bill Walton said the other night that Raja was one of the "elite" defenders of the NBA up there with Bowen and he was the reason that Kobe didn't score 30 a game (minus the one he was suspended in). I think he knows basketball a lot more than someone who met Kobe once and fell in love with him b/c he gave you an autograph.

IF Kobe could score "at will" against Bell then where was he in the 2nd half? Thinking about good places to golf in the offseason, that's where. They should put a new statistic called "choke %" in the stat column. Kobe would have hit 90%.

That's the point, Kobe doesn't do sht for his teammates off the court like Nash does. He doesn't have the personality of a team winner, he is his own island whereas Nash has made everyone believe in him and work with him.

Nash saw the replay, D'Ant saw the replay, every sports analyst from this side of Mars saw that PHO was robbed that game. Nash had every right to say they should have already won the series before it was actually over.

Even if you clotheslined me I wouldn't have taken it personally and still congratulated you. Or maybe if I had class in the first place, I wouldn't have been clotheslined. 😉

BTW, you still never addressed Kobe cheating on his wife at least twice. People with integrity don't take vows and act like that. The only reason she hasn't divorced him yet is b/c of $$$$$$.
