I've never played card games at a table (just electronic), but I'm thinking about stopping at a blackjack table for a bit.
I know I will not leave Vegas a winner, but I want my alloted amount of gambling money to at least last all night
What do you recommend playing for a Vegas newbie???
The card game with the best odds is war. I have seen it a few times at casinos. The dealer literally drops three cards face down and then flips one up for each player. A tie is redone until there is a winner. There is no dealer/house advantage so the odds are trully 50%.
However, the casinos have a low bet limit on these tables and a limited number of seats. Greatest thing is no learning curve.
Other than war, the best games to play are ones where the dealer/house has no stake in the game other than the rake. This way you are not competing against bad odds, you are competing against the other players.
