Also from Red Dwarf (nakedfrog inspired me to post this):

i saw this somewhere else and the google pointed me to the urbandictionary definition. what it has might be right for the context i saw it in, but i think there is more to it.

it was in all caps, which makes me think it is an acronym
i think it might be a usenet thing, again i need some old timers from the 286 days
