Galaxy s4 claro

Hey everyone ! I just traded my galaxy s4 for a newer one but with 4.3 android. It seem a good trade for me, but that one is different, when i power on it, it shows up 'claro' ( which i think it's a spanish mobile company) . I also found on youtube 'how to unlock s4 claro' but mine is unlocked. The problem is that i want it to be clear, i mean no claro open message and other shits LIKE different messages, contacts, camera icons and additional applications from claro. So my question is : Can i do something to clear these shits ?

Probably yes, but first you would need to find out what model S4 you have.
Is it i9500, i9505, or something else?

Then flash a stock rom from xda on it based on what model you have.

EDIT : I'm not really sure what flash means, try to explain how to do, and make sure i can't damage my phone
EDIT2 : I searched something about flashing stock firmware on s4, thanks for help, i may do that thing by myself . THANKS A LOT FOR SO FAST REPLY !

if you are wise, you'd load cyanogenmod 4.4.4 ROM, not that stock TouchWiz crap.

Well i said i dont know much, i will watch for that if u say so, it don't seem hard.
EDIT : I dont know if my samsung is LTE or not. How to find out ? i went to 'about device' and i found no clue. btw IT IS i9500.
