See subject. :) Also note the "Plus" is $599 for those who prefer a larger screen.

I snagged one of these a couple weeks ago for $499 which was still a great deal but this one is a no-brainer for Android fans looking to upgrade. (Fi is crediting me $100 btw)

About the only negative I see here is that in order to qualify for the promo you'll need to sign up for Fi service and keep it for 90 days.

The difference in build-quality between these handsets and the (mostly) plastic cheapo's you would normally find at this price-point is dramatic.

New customer deal, not bad at all, and only 3 month service required + move existing number, adds up to a.nice deal

Negative on the "New Customer" part ... I've had Fi for a couple years.

All you need to do is maintain Fi service for 90 days after activation.

T-mobile has even better deals if you can do the 24 mo contract... They still have the One Plus 8T+ 5G for free if you move a number or get a new one. For people over 55, the deal is really good on their Magenta plan. My sister lives in Atlanta and it is really fast...

Damn, I had just jumped on the A71 5G for 299 a few weeks ago when it was on sale, I'd much rather have shelled out the extra 100 for the S20. Oh well.

IDK about "better" with a 2-year contract required but I do like the phone.

Deal I posted is good for anyone and only requires 3 months commitment plus since the Sprint merger Fi pretty much is T-Mobile.

How many days exactly? You might be able to return it.

OTOH the A71 5G is a nice phone especially for $300! :)

Right, depends on if you want to pay up front and only have 3 mo contract or pay over 24 mo. But the 800.00 phone is free if you are OK with their service for 24 mo. My sister has T-mo in Atlanta and it is really fast. I'm 40 mi west of ATL and Verizon simply sucks out here so I'll be switching soon.
