I predict that in 2014 only dev edition/GPE/Nexus phones will be unlockable *at all* on the Bells.

Just scored a new Verizon Note 3 for $360. Sold wife's S4 which is locked tight thanks to Verizon. This Note 3 absolutely fly's and the battery life is incredible. No need for AOSP or CM on this device.
