What are your opinions on Gainward products? Do use Gainward video cards? Do you like them?

I was thinking about buying a Gainward GeForce2 Ti450 64mb DDR video card and I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with that card..

They're the best! You won't be dissapointed. You should consider the Geforce3 Ti 200 if you want something a wee bit zippier. Only ~$150.

Absolutely terrible customer support, with very poor RMA practices.

Despite that their cards are very good indeed.
Excellent manufacture, and pretty reliable. Among the best 2D you can get from an nVidia based graphics card, and usually quite overclockable as well.

The GF2 Ti/450 is one of the better GF2 cards available, extremely overclockable, excellent 2D visual quality at a very respectable price point. If you want a GF2 then it's certainly a nice solution.

I like Gainward's products quite a bit generally, they've made some damn nice cards.
Only downfall is that their customer support is virtually non-existent and their RMA policies are very poor and slow.

If Leadtek didn't exist I'd be actively buying Gainward products. I used to have their GF2 MX and it was a very nice card to use.
