Gainward Ti4600 - Little gain w/overclocking

I just tried overclocking the above card from the original 300/650 to 320/740 and found that there was little gain in score on 3dmark 2001se. The score went from 11438 to 11929 respectively. This was done with the system listed in my sig. Is this normal?

Sounds about right if slightly low, the geforce 4 card are actually quite cpu-limited strange as it might seem.

Even at 2.56 Ghz? Wow, I knew the GF4's are fast but I never would have guessed that fast. So basically my score will only go up if I bump the fsb up more on my CPU?

My score is low for my specs?

I get 10k with an athlon xp2000 and a geforce 4 ti4200 running at 300/500.
