Gainward Ti4400 Knocked out of Games with XP Error

Hi:

I just installed a Gainward GeForce4 Ti4400 in my P4 1.6, Asus P4S533 system. I did a clean install of Win. XP Pro. with the Nvidia 28.32 drivers and whenever I play Quake 3 or Return To Castle Wolfenstein, I get knocked out of the game with a Windows XP error message that wants to be sent to Microsoft, or I get a blue screen that I can only see for a split second before rebooting automatically. I've tried the 29.20 drivers with no luck either.

I used the ATI Radeon 8500 before I formatted without any problems.

Has anyone experienced this same problem?
