Gainward Ti200 DX Errors

Ok I'm trying to run 3DMark2001 on my Gainward Ti200 Golden Sample and I keep getting this error at random places:

3DMark could not initialize your 3D accelerator.
Try to downgrade your display settings.

Direct X Error Message:
FATAL ERROR: failed to validate material

WTF is this? I downloaded and reinstalled DX8.0a several times, no luck. The card isn't even overclocked yet (175core, 400mem). Help, I need to review this card but I can't cause of this!

Nevermind, I had to disable EXPERTool while running the benchmark.

Expertool is useless... also causes some refresh rate problems. Just use coolbits and nvrefresh.
