Gainward Ti-4200 or Albatron Ti-4600

So I have been waiting for a few months to get a new video card, and now I am ready to buy. I have been looking at the Gainward Ti-4200 128MB (w/VIVO, CRT and DVI) at Newegg for $178, but I just found the Albatron Ti-4600 at Monarch Computers for $221. Both ship for $6. Which would you buy? I have a MX440 that a customer backed out of buying in my machine now. Should I upgrade now, or keep the MX440 in my machine until the new NV30's come out this X-Mas?

edited : i thought albatron was owned by gigabyte but the only relation is the ceo founded gigabyte.
