Which company should I buy my TI 4200 from? They are about the same price ($180). Which one is more overclocking friendly?
 
Gainward has Ramsinks, Higher 2d Quality, and IMO looks cooler.

As far as OCing goes, I recall Gainward's golden Sample being great overclockers...
 
eVGA is not to great for OCin. My system crashes at a mere 275/520. I'm thinking the core speed doesn't OC well on the eVGA board, but the DVI and VIVO functions are complete.
