Gainward-MSI-Leadtek Etc... noob questoin

Ok I know they all produce the GeForce cards, but what are the major differences in these cards, besides features? In performance is a Gainward Geforce4 Ti 4200 Going to be the same as an MSI, and if not which one is the best?
