gainward installation cd error,need help plz!

just got a gainward mx440 golden sample to hold me over untill the ti4400's ship. thought i'd checkout the readme file but got this error message;there is no correct device for this cd. so i'm thinking is this a corrupt cd, a region encoding problem or must i install the gainward card before this cd will play.(i never heard of that ,but what do i know) it's ok to laugh at me, but if you know whats going on here plz,plz tell me. thx
 
your right, i installed the card loaded the drivers and programs, ran a 3dmard2001se bench(4159) played some rtcw then noticed a little driver conflict going on so i removed the leadtek drivers and on rebooting got that one long frozen beep, so i powered off, restarted and kept booting into the safe mode over and over. i uninstalled the gainward stuff, put back the old leadtek card and everythingworks fine now. guess i'll try customer support later today. this mx card is turning out to be a pain.
