I have a Gainward powerpack Geforce4 ti4200 ultra/650 xp 128mb DDR goldensample that seems to only want to run in AGP (pci mode). It's running o a A7N8X standared PCB 1.0 flashed to the latest bios. However I still can't seem to change it to pure agp. Any sugestions, all the other drivers are up to date?

My first suggestion would be to edit your title to represent your problem ("Gainward GF4Ti 4200 only runs in PCI mode on A7N8X?"), which in turn will draw more knowledgable people to try to help you.

you need to install the via 4-in-1 drivers (hyperion) to make it work

Uh, thats only for VIA chipset motherboards. DuffManUO has an nforce2 motherboard. I say go get nvidia's chipset drivers (latest ones are 4.45 or something), and that should fix it.

Have You set to AGP in the BIOS.... A7N8X BIOS defaults to PCI every time the BIOS is cleared....

Yes AGP is set in the bios to 8x, fast writes enabled etc. What are the unified drivers?
