Looking at this card. Will not O/C.

How loud is the fan? I like silent computers. Opinions on replacing the stock fan?

Ok in some tests core overclocked to 330, mine works on 310, memory in tests to 570, I am working on 580 ,, I have added cooler under my grafic card and pci slots,, too coolers, helps me to destroy artefacts beyond 560 sometimes, help a bit. ;-))
Quality of colours is awesome, I am so happy with it

I mean certanly two coolers not too coolers, its one active cooling kit with 2 coolers on it, it`s very cheap.
