new to ocing vidcards.

what is the best or most appropriate way to oc a vid card?
If I want to get the most out of my v-card, what do i need to do.
My gf3 ti200 golden sample is coming, and i don't know
what software to use to oc it.
and my last question is, is there anything i need to be careful about
when ocing my v-card?

I prefer NVmax, it has a tab which enables coolbits as well as some other good tweaks. From what I have heard about your video card you should be able to hit 240/540 or so. Overclock the memory first, looking for artifacts or instabilities, then overclock the core. Removing the heatsink fan and applying artic silver and making sure that the heatsink makes good contact will help. You could also put a bigger cooler on the core.
