I just want to know what thermal compound they use for the GPU. Is it glued with epoxy, is it a thermal tape or is it thermal paste?

I just bought my Gainward Powerpack Geforce 3 from Newegg last week and it uses thermal pads. Don't worry, it doesn't affect overclocking. Mine goes up to 230Mhz Core and 240Mhz stable.
