Gainward GF3 BIOS + DVI

1) Wasn't there a BIOS update for the Gainward GF3 to help ease issues with VIVO and DVI? Why has it been pulled from their website? Do you know where a copy can be obtained?

2) How high a resolution does the original Gainward GF3 support under DVI?

3) What is the latest BIOS version? All the ROM files from Gainward's FTP site appear to be version 3.20.00.10 (according to Ray Adams' BIOS editor).
