Pricewatch has three different Gainward GeForce3's listed:

Gainward GeForce3 TI200 64MB for $151
Gainward GeForce3 TI200 128MB for $182
Gainward GeForce3 TI500 64MB for $319

Anyone know how the TI200 with 128MB would compare to the TI500 with 64MB? Or what the performance difference between the TI200 and TI500 when both are 64MB?

The TI500 is faster than the TI200 with 128MB. In fact, in todays games, there is virtually no difference between the 64mb and 128 mb TI200. There have been a couple of reviews that have come to the conclusion that the additional 64MB is useless in todays games. The 64MB TI200 is by far the best "bang for your buck" because it can overclock beyond TI500 levels easily. Get it at Newegg for $156 plus shipping. You won't be disappointed.

The ti500 has faster memory and a faster core. At stock speeds, it would crush both of the other two pretty handily. However, you should be able to get a pretty good overclock out of a ti200 and cut that lead down pretty well. I actually haven't heard of the 128MB version, but I really don't think that would help in todays games.

One last question...

On the Gainward TI200 64MB...what kind of cooling does it come with stock? A heatsink fan I'm sure...but does it have any heatsinks on the memory already?
