gainward geforce3 ti/450 and abit mainboards conflicting x2

i've had two gainward vga cards and bough will nnot work in my abit kt7a mainboard i've uped my i/o volts flashed my bios to the latest updated my via driver the works but still no luck. Has anyone gotten the two to work?

I have a
kt7a version 1.3 bios 9r
antec 400 watt psu
1600xp amd cpu
2x sticks 256 ram one muskin and other pny total 512
plextor cdr
ibm hd
turtle beach sound card in pci slot 2
realtec nic in slot 5
