Gainward drivers screwing up GameSpy???

I recieved and installed my new Gainward T14200 128MB with the newest stable drivers from thier site today. I tried to run GameSpy to play some MOH:AA, but it locked up after I logged in. Nothing has changed on the system, and everything else seems fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of GameSpy but still no go. I'm running windows2000.

Has anyone else had this issue? It doesn't make sense to me that the drivers would mess up that particilar program.

Please help, I'm dying to try this card out.

Did you correctly remove all traces of your previous video card before you installed your new Ti4200?
Do you have the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your system?
Any overclocks?

No, overclocking and the latest bios on the mobo. I browsed the gamespy arcade message boards and it seems they are having issues with the sound settings in Americas Army conflicting with their software. Turn out that I haven't tried to use it since i installed that game. This may explain why it hangs during the audio "Welcome" message after logon.

I just installed ASE instead and it works great, maybe better.

BTW, the card rocks!!!!!!!
